IVANO-FRANKIVSK, UKRAINE - JANUARY 11, 2020 - Expert of the National Register of Records of Ukraine Pavlo Horishevskyi (L) awards the certificate for the largest quantity of banosh prepared in one cauldron to the cooks who made 1,420 litres (approx. 375 gallons) of traditional Hutsul cornmeal porridge, Ivano-Frankivsk, western Ukraine. The chefs used 500 litres of milk, 250 litres of sour cream, 60kg of butter and 225kg of cornmeal, 100kg of meat and mushroom gravy. Ukrinform. /KDR/
